Published by Zeb BhamTravel agents are unanimous in identifying Turkey as the bargain European and Mediterranean travel destination for 2010, according to the Times. However, the paper warns that the flood of inbound tourists visiting the country this year has driven local prices up, while increased demand for accommodation has also resulted in a market for property further away from the traditional beachside resorts."Elsewhere, the holiday companies have been studying their maps to find destinations like Turkey, with guaranteed sun and sandy beaches, that are outside the eurozone," said the Times' travel correspondent Chris Haslan. For those looking to stretch their holiday money next year, travel agent TUI has touted Morocco as a desirable location and has increased flight volumes by 120 per cent for 2010.The paper has also advised travellers planning a January break that they have until the 24th to see the Caravaggio Bacon exhibition in Rome, which has proved a major draw for the Galleria Borghese this year. For competitive rates and commission free travel money, visit our Travel FX site
